my wedding.....

2 minggu lepas agak bz sebab setelkan Reception Day sy...Reception kat Kamunting buat kat rumah je..Reception kedua kat Dewan Majlis Daerah Selama...pg 1st Maytu cuaca dah mendung dah..hati dah risau dah tkt hujan...tp berserah jela sebab kat Taiping kan kawasan lembab...hujan tu dah biasa dah...masa kenduri adik sy last year pun hujan jugak...pagi n petang lg hujan.....tuptup..memamg betul pun hujan turun...cian kat tetamu2 yg dtg n sangkut dgn hujan nak balik....nsb baik la kami rancang pengantin sampi around 1 pm...kalo tak, mesti tak boleh turun kereta punyer...

Sebenarnya apa yg dirancang semasa nak berarak tu pun tak berapa jadi...huhu..memandangkan hujan dah rintik2...mula2 memang dah rancang akan bersalam dgn mr may...n berarak bersama2..tp terpaksa tukar plan trus p tpt mr may tnggu n berarak bersama2....kami berarak dlm keadaan hujan rintik2...nsb baik sempat sampi ke meja makan tu...makan pun dah tak berapa rasa sgt...ramai kengkawan datang....sungguh terharu.....dan ramai jugak yg tak terlayan..sorry sbb xdpt nak berborak lama...Hanun, Fara, Izatul, Miau, Aton & Fakhrul, Ryna, Venturian, CT Laili & Syed, SuAzlan & wife, dll yg dtg...utk semua cousin, mak2 sedara n jiran2 thanks byk2.....

sy sgt puas hati dn kenduri ni...lauk sedap, air pun sedap, pelayan efisen....ramai gak yg puji lak sedap....sy sempat rasa makan nasi kenduri malam....huhu...masa kenduri dah tak berapa nak lalu makan...

Ptg tu sy n mr may p Selama pulak...nak verified n tgk hiasan dewan....sbbnye Akmasriandaman akan set up pelamin n all the decoration pukul 3pm...so sampi je kat sana semuanye dah siap...sgt satisfied...lepas tu kami pun balik semula Taiping sbb ade majlis bukak hadiah pulak....sungguh memenatkan..byk jugak la hadiah yg diterima....thanks all for the wedding gift:)..kami sgt suke.....ade microwave, periuk nasi, set pinggan mangkuk, tea set, gelas, jug,cawan, frame cermin, jam, sejadah, set kuali periuk n etc..byk sgt:)...

Thanks pada semua kwn2 yg dtg kenduri sy n bg wedding gift...really appreciate....

Family sy..tp jai tak ada sebab dia dah blik KL dah..huhu..ayh pakai baju tak ikut tema...sebabnya baju merah dia ketat sikit....so, he choose light green...yg lain semua ikut tema:)

Famliy baru sy...tak cukup jugak..along, iwan and mad tak ada..

Semua gamba kat atas tu dari lensa sy n cousin2...kalo nak tgk gamba dr OP kene tunggu la..haih,tak sabar rasanye nak tgk..OP sy untuk ketiga-tiga majlis is Luqman Aziz...hrtu ada la juga luqman upload beberapa keping dlm facebook dia...cantik sgt...tak sabar nak tgk kesemua gamba dr Luqman....katenye 5-6 weeks...tunggu jela....(kene kira hari ni.....)

Menyusahkan...CouRTs!!!!!

It’s almost a month we bought at Courts and still pending delivery. We paid everything in cash and instructed for the goods to be sent to my home. We paid the delivery charges, was given an invoice and delivery slip and told that it would arrive within 2 day or worst case is 1 week.

And on the 31st, they called to send me the mattress first and subsequently will be send the bed set. We just waited for their call but there is no feedback. It’s been 3 weeks and no delivery? The store is not even 15 minutes away from our house!

So I called the person who entertained us when we bought the good. When I called that number, the person told me that she will follow up all my goods and why I did not received it yet. Then, i called up again to get the feedback. And again she said she will call again. Luckily in 2 hours time she called me and said that the delivery will be on 17 April 2010. We received it around 5.30pn on the 17th April. But me and husband totally mad since they just sending us the FOC things ONLY….which is 2 pillows, 1 bolster, 1 mattress protector . We waited for so long but we just getting these???where’s our bedroom set? Then, I give up. Let my husband called the person. Round and round we go. She said they supposing send us the bedroom set with all the FOC things the she said “Kurang Asam la, Kenapa dia orang hanta benda tu dulu., sepatutnya set bilik tido dan ada banyak lagi stok kat gudang”. What kind of statement was that? They supposing cannot talk like that in front of the customer even their fault. But we have prove which is the invoice on what goods that we received. Then she said she will investigate. Ok, we always be patient but there is a limits. We spend a lots of credits to call court instead they call us back eventhough they promise to call back…

On 21 April 2010, I called her again. On the same time my husband called courts Mammoth HQ to know the status. Haih, the same answer we received. They will feedback. How many times to feedback??When my husband called, they said that the bedroom set already out for delivery. OMG, but we haven’t received any delivery on the bedroom set. Pity of us:(.

On 22 April 2010., I just drop a message to her to ask the status of the delivery. A.G.A.I.N….She said she will feedback around 2pm. After waiting, there was still no call. I decided to message again. She stammered and said she needs to check with her manager. She also said that maybe my bedroom set has a problem..ROSAK KOT…Why she needed to do that since I am a legitimate customer and I have paid for the purchase AND the delivery? Why she need her manager’s permission to get the products delivered to me? Why so sudden told me the bedroom set has a problem?It didn’t make sense.

It was not our problem and as far as we are concerned, We want to products to be delivered, period. We should not be held responsible and be inconvenienced for an error that was on Courts part. In fact Courts should bend backwards to try to send the products to me as soon as possible.
Of course there was no calls and no apologies. After discussing with my husband, I surf to their website and wrote a complaint email. If we still not getting the bedroom set by this week, the same email will be forwarded to Malay Mail and FOMCA.

No more Courts Mammoth after this….huh

Bukit Tinggi, Pahang - one of our destination:)

Having a great time at Bukit Tinggi Pahang on 6 & 7 March 2010..2 weeks after our Solemnization….:)
We stayed at Colmar Tropicale, a place is like a replica of a collection of buildings from northeastern village in France. The surroundings brings us back to an era steeped in culture (dating back to the 16th century) and romance…..it is pure romantics to us as a honeymooners:):)

Frankly to say it’s like a picture postcard come alive at my doorstep.. wah!! So amazing…really excited being there.

penat tp gumbira..

Weekend ni sy kat kl...our plan nak cuci rumah..penat sgt2 cuci satu rumah tu..sapu sampah la, mop lantai, cuci toilet, tingkap, pindah barang lagi....sakit pinggang ni....nipun baru settle angkat washer...washer tu sy dpt masa lucky draw kat my company last year..so,dah kurang 1 barang yg kena beli...ku sgt bertuahkan kan kan..hehe..kami spend 2 hari jugak la nak settle kan rumah tu....mula2 igt nak cat tp dah tak daya dah nak cat...nextmonth la cat after coming back from our honeymoon:)....

Td pagi kami p Nilai jap..memang takde dlm plan pun nak ke sana..tp memandangkan pagi2 lagi ayahku kol....tak cukup pulak beg doorgift utuk tetamu..sebenarnya ayah dah beli cukup cuma org yg jual tu bagi tak cukup...200 pulak tu...nasib baik tukang kedaitu ok...tanpa byk songeh,dia bagi la beg yang kurang tu...dah la cikit punya susah nak cari kedai tu...berpusing2 kami kat ctu...sib baik jumpa jugak tau...
